We realize that we are only as good as the weakest member of our team.  Front desk staff, to medical assistants, to nurse practitioners, care managers, and doctors--everyone is a key player in providing you with the care you need.  Our physicians are Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and on staff at William Beaumont Hospitial Royal Oak.  Our staff is caring, highly skilled, competent and here for you.  Even if you require inpatient services, our partners, Hospital Consultants, PC, are present night and day to oversee your care.  



Stephen Driker, MD



Dr. Stephen Driker grew up in Detroit. He attended Tufts University in Boston, MA.  He earned his MD degree at Wayne State University.  He then moved to Chicago to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University.  Dr. Driker is a leader in quality care and has served on various committees at Beaumont Hospital.

Jennifer Driker, MD



After completing her undergraduate degree at Wellesley College in Massachusetts, Jennifer Driker, MD went on to earn her Masters of Public Health at the University of Michigan. She attended Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and received her postgraduate training at in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago. 


Susan Pikal, MD

With her undergraduate degree in chemistry from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, Susan Pearce Pikal earned her doctorate degree in medicine from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee.  Dr. Pikal completed her internal medicine residency training at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Lukes Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Steven McClelland, MD

A graduate of Clawson High School and Alma College, Steven C. McClelland, MD earned his medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. After medical school, he completed a residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, followed by a year as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine.  One of Dr. McClelland's interest is preventing and treating through Lifestyle Medicine.

Deborah Lambrecht, MD



With her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Deborah See Lambrecht, MD earned her Doctor of Medicine at the Wayne State University School of Medicine. After completing her Internal Medicine Residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, she serves as Chief Medical Resident.  After that she joined NWIM.

Ashley Harrison, NP


Ashley Harrison, FNP-BC is a two time Spartan.  She obtained her bachelor and masters of science in nursing degrees at MSU.  She is now a Certified Family Nurse Practioner.  She grew up in Canton, MI and joined North Woodward in 2017.  

Tyler Dick, PA

Tyler Dick PA-C grew up in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University. She went on to earn her Physician Assistant Masters Degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee. She practiced for three years in Elgin, Illinois at a family practice clinic. She then moved back home to Michigan and joined NWIM in March of 2020.

Haley O'Hora, PA

Ms. O'Hora joined us in March of 2023.  She did her undergrad at Wheaton College and then her PA studies at Philidelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  She grew up in Troy so she has returned home.  She was a real standout in her studies when she rotated through our office and we are blessed to have her join us.
